Oct 7, 2023
● Entry fee will be $150
● Each team will provide game balls. Try to have a couple per game.
● We will flip a coin for the home team.
● Higher seed will be in the first base dugout. If a team plays back to back, we will not force a team to switch a dugout.
● Warmups will be on the team dugout side of the field just prior to game time. No team will be allowed to do a full pre game warm up. Warm ups can also be done on the field 3 outfield and behind the temp fence on the baseball field prior to a team taking the game fields.
● If teams use tents or pop ups, please do not set up camps on the concrete and especially around the concession/restrooms facilities. You can set up on the field 3 infield area.
● Buses will park just east of the building between the game fields. We will back buses with rear of buses toward the east and hillside.
● Plaques will be given to First, Second, Third, and Consolation teams.
● Costs to enter the tournament will be $5 for adults and $4 for students. Please let your people know we are not accepting any passes.
● Fan parking will be in the northwest corner of the complex.
