Check Immunization Records: Review your child’s immunization record to ensure they have received all required vaccines.
Schedule Appointments: If your child needs any vaccinations, please schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider as soon as possible.
Submit Documentation: Provide updated immunization records to the school office before the first day of school.
